ARTstor offers a variety of online support and training options for individuals and groups interested in learning how to get the most out of the Digital Library. For the beginner and expert alike, ARTstor’s online help, training, and support services are an excellent way to learn how to incorporate the Digital Library into your study and teaching. Online Help
Users can access online help from anywhere in the ARTstor Digital Library — a Help link is located in the top right corner of every page. Or, go directly to the ARTstor Help wiki by directing your browser to help.artstor.org. The site is keyword searchable and contains step-by-step instructions for ARTstor and OIV functions, as well as troubleshooting tips and training information. Don’t forget to bookmark these useful pages for future reference!

Online Training
The ARTstor online training schedule is now posted on the ARTstor Help wiki. ARTstor User Services staff provide regularly scheduled online training sessions: Introduction to ARTstor; Presenting with ARTstor; and Tools for Teaching. These 30- to 90-minute sessions are offered free of charge to both domestic and international ARTstor users using GoToWebinar or Voice over IP (VoIP).
